Delegate everything, except decisions.

Your Executive Partner is a person dedicated to you who takes on the entire operational load. With them you speak the same language - both literally and culturally. A delegation program and AI
amplify them from day one:
you don’t set the system up,
you receive it already running.

Who it’s for

One of these scenarios -
is yours

“I don’t have time to think strategically.”

The day starts with email, messages and urgent tasks - and ends there. There’s no time left for strategy or calm thinking.

Base

“I’m tired of managing my own assistants.”

You have a team, but you’re still personally involved in nearly every task: setting it, checking it, pushing it through.

Standard

“No one sees my life as a whole.”

Business, family, personal matters, assets, travel and contractors all run in parallel - never gathered into one system.

What the system is built from

Four elements
that only work together

01
Executive Partner

The person the entire system is built around.

A senior specialist with 3+ years of experience who clears a multi-stage selection
and preparation before becoming your partner.

02
Alterum Method

The program configures delegation and communication with your Executive Partner: what you hand off, and through which channels and rules the work runs. It asks little of you: one or two half-hour conversations a week to set the work up and keep it running.

03
AI architecture

Tuned to your tasks, it removes repeating routine. Behind every process is a person accountable for the result.

04
Security

A dedicated, centrally managed computer with access control and encryption. Strict data-handling protocols and regular activity audits.

Scope of work

You can delegate more
than you expect.

An Alterum partner at work in a home office

Email handling alone returns 5-7 hours a week.

A leader spends 15+ hours a week on tasks that can be delegated.

72% of a leader’s work time goes to meetings. Someone has to manage them.

20% of work time is spent on searching for information.

How it works

Three steps. Three weeks.
And your time is back.

  1. Step 01

    A conversationabout you

One meeting, one hour. We learn how you work, how you make decisions, where your weak spots are and what you want off your plate first. No standard questionnaires.

  2. Step 02

    Meetyour partner

We match you with someone whose profile fits your needs as closely as possible. They go through onboarding and training, then start working with the team’s support. Matching and preparation take one to two months, depending on current load.

This is not a task executor - it’s a partner for the long term. AI tools accelerate them where speed matters: research, large volumes, materials.

  3. Step 03

    A payoffthat compounds

By the end of month one, your Executive Partner knows which meetings matter, how you write to investors and what irritates you in the calendar. By month three, they make reversible decisions for you, because they already know what you would do. From there it only gets stronger.

We’re launching Alterum now — and that’s no accident.

Ilya Kovalev Founder of Alterum

The role we’re creating was impossible until recently. Only by 2026 has AI reached a level where a fundamentally new kind of person can stand beside a principal. We named that role — the Executive Partner.

Questions

What people ask

Product and method

Executive Partner vs assistant. What’s the fundamental difference

An assistant carries out tasks. An Executive Partner works inside a system tuned through the Method - without reminders or clarifications, understanding your context and contours, professional and personal. AI integration amplifies the speed and depth of their work.

The Executive Partner and AI. How the partner keeps up with the tools

This is our responsibility, not the client’s. Two functions run continuously inside Alterum: an ops-and-tech function tracks new AI capabilities and embeds them into the Executive Partner’s standard processes; a learning function keeps the partner’s knowledge current. The client doesn’t teach the partner new tools - they get a partner who already knows them.

The Alterum Method. What it is and why it’s needed

A core part of the service is tuning the working architecture. After 90 days your Executive Partner can look at your week in the morning and know what to do - without your explanations. The program’s seven modules produce seven reference documents that guide both the Executive Partner and the AI tools going forward.

Hiring and people

Where the people come from. How we find Executive Partners

100 to 200 candidates run through the selection funnel for one Executive Partner. Experience working with executives, strict confidentiality, AI fluency, and the habit of bringing ready options rather than waiting for instructions.

Already have an assistant. Then why Alterum

Most Standard clients come in with exactly this situation. The problem usually isn’t delegation - it’s that you’ve become the manager of your assistants. An Executive Partner integrates with your team, it doesn’t replace it.

Price and terms

12-month term. Why the minimum term is this long

The return on time starts from month four. Context between you and your Executive Partner builds over 6-9 months - anything shorter doesn’t work.

Security and continuity

Data protection. Where data lives and who sees it

Access - your Executive Partner only. Bank-grade encryption, both at rest and in transit.

Financial and medical data are kept in a separate secure perimeter with encryption keys on your side - we have no access to them.

The partner’s work device is centrally managed: no personal laptops, no personal AI accounts.
